  • My product came damaged, what do I do?

    Please contact us immediately with your order number and image of the damage and we will investigate to issue a refund or replacement for you.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you find yourself in a situation where you would like to cancel the order, please let us know. Contact us immediately. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation.

  • How can I track my orders?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48-72 hours for the link to update and show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is on its way as it has left the warehouse.

  • How long will delivery take?

    Our Ultra Car Mats are custom-made to the specs of your vehicle. The production process takes around 5-7 working days and please allow 10-21 days for shipping.
